Integritetspolicy/Samtycke/Volontärer

Detta samtycke används i samband med att en volontär läggs till volontärregistret.

Jag ger mitt samtycke till att Wikimedia Sverige hanterar mina personuppgifter för att uppfylla sina åtaganden gentemot volontärer, såsom: utskick av information om föreningen och event relevanta för volontärer; kommunikation om möjliga volontäruppgifter; utskick med förfrågan om att fortsätta vara volontär, samt efterföljande påminnelser; sammanställning av anonymiserad statistik om volontärer. Följande personuppgifter om mig kommer att behandlas av föreningen: namn eller användarnamn, e-post, postort, volontärengagemang och datum för samtycke. Jag har möjlighet att uppge ålder, kön, telefonnummer och intresseområde, men det är inget krav. Personnummer och postadress är också frivilligt, men måste uppges i de fall förmånsbeskattning är aktuellt. I hereby give my consent to Wikimedia Sverige, the Swedish chapter of the Wikimedia Foundation, to process my personal data so that they can fulfil their commitments towards volunteers, such as: sending out information about the organization and events relevant for volunteers; communication about possible volunteer commitments; sending out requests for renewed consent, including follow-up reminders; compiling anonymized statistics about volunteers. The following personal data will be processed by the organization: name or user name, e-mail, postal address, volunteer involvement, and date for consent. I have the possibility to declare my age, gender, phone number and area of interest, but it is no requirement. Personal Identity Number and postal address is also voluntary, but has to be declared if taxation of benefits becomes relevant.
