Projekt:CommonsDB registry/Trycksaker
Här tar vi fram förlagor för trycksaker att använda för att marknadsföra och väcka uppmärksamhet för projektet. De kan med fördel användas på Wikimediaevenemang där vi deltar men inte har möjlighet att presentera. Hjälp till att utforma idéerna nedan eller ge egna förslag på trycksaker. Viss budget finns via projektet, men samordning av upphandling ska göras med Open Future.

- CommonsDB: What would you do if you had access to a registry with all the public domain and openly licensed images in the world?Get your imagination flowing, because an ambitious project is underway.
- The first idea we are working on is to check during upload if an image is known to be in the public domain and help select correct template.
- We can also analyze exisiting images on Wikimedia Commons, enabling cleanup of inconsistent licenses, categorization and duplication.

- CommonsDB is an initiative funded by the European Commission to develop and test a prototype registry of Public Domain and openly licensed works. CommonsDB is led by Open Future in collaboration with Liccium, Europeana Foundation, Wikimedia Sverige, and the Institute for Information Law (IViR).
