• Kick-off:
  • Send 2 representatives to the kick-off workshop.
  • Take part in running the workshop.

• Monthly meetings:
  • Participate in monthly meetings
  • Communicate with local Wikimaps partners
  • Prepare topics for the meetings

• Fulltidsarbete (en månad):
  • Offer technical support in the process of uploading maps to Wikimedia Commons.
  • Advocate open licenses and the use of Wikimedia Commons to the GLAMs.
  • Coordinate the development needs of the GLAMs with the development possibilities of the Wikimaps project.

• Hackathon:
  • Participate in planning the hackathon event in Nordic cooperation.
  • Work with local partners in defining local programme.
  • Arrange the hackathon event locally
  • Provide location, in partnership with GLAM partners
  • Provide documentation: Images, blog posts, metrics according to the PED methods.
