| Short Description | 50 words. Must be intelligible to non-Wikimedians. Umepedia is aimed at improving Umeå’s digital presence – and establish Umeå as a QRpedia city with signs with QR codes in the city. The work will mainly take place during 2014 when Umeå is the European Capital of Culture. Around 600 articles were created during the Umepedia Challenge. |
| Longer description | 150 words. Why should they help? How can they get involved? Should include key links. An integrated part of a QRpedia city is the translations of the articles to as many languages as possible, which arguably is one of the greatest values with QRpedia projects for tourists and other users. The Umepedia Challenge was very successful, but much more is needed to be done with suporting articles to the fortysix articles. Your help is needed! |
